You'll also work on your self-worth, let go of perfectionism, and learn how to handle hate and criticism.

I’ll show you how I learned to meditate from monks, how the “reality bending” method works, and how to use affirmations in a way that actually works — because it does.

You’ll be amazed at how much this will shift your everyday life — it’ll improve your focus, build your discipline, and help you follow through on your goals.
